US troops in Nuremberg

On 26 April 1945 the U.S.O. (United Service Organizations) organized this show for the troops at the Zeppelin Field of the Reichsparteitagsgelände in Nuremberg, the same place where Hitler used to stand during the Nazi Party rallies. This place covers about 11 square kilometres in the southeast of Nuremberg. Special stage for the "Yankee Doodlers" swing band.
