Questions about Bill Green

A good friend, and a fellow Trooper, Bill Green, was the last man to be killed in my Company Fox Co. 506th PIR, 101ST Airborne Division. If Bill had lived thru that night, He would have Survived the War, As for all practcal purposes. The War was over.I was right behind him, This mortar shell lit right by his feet, and that was it for Bill Green. I still think of him often. I have never found out where he was from.
