Kenneth Bruce Van Anglen

I'm trying to find info on Kenneth Bruce Van Anglen. I am his grandson and now that I find myself older I have many unanswered questions about his service for our country. The small details I know are as follows:  He was part of a Cavalry unit from New Jersey (Essex Troup) And I know that he was at one time captured by the Germans in France, and he was wounded during the camps liberation. Any and all info provided will be greatly appreciated. Thank you all for your time and your service to our country.
