| 'First in Last Out' is a story of a young boy joining the British Navy, and his volunteering for Naval Commando. In the course of training with the American forces in South Devon England followed the little known fact of British landing craft going ashore with the American forces on D-Day in the Battle of Normandy, June 6th 1944.
His adventures, and horrific conditions during that time, provide an insight to the story of the worlds largest armada leaving the shores of Britain, ultimately bringing an end to the war with Adolph Hitler. |
